In our quest to prepare for Tom's retirement we started looking at houses on the island. We moved from Surrey, BC.  We found Gail not to be pushy in any way.  Very patient with all our questions. And when we wanted to jump on the ferry and look at only one house, she was very obliging. The house we bought was one of those occasions.  By then, Gail already knew what would suit us.  AFTER we told her we wanted to put in an offer, she confessed that she felt this was the house for us. We were very happy with Gail and the patience and service she provided.
